This applies to purchasing and paying behaviour of consumers as well as to non-payment risks. Besides that each business sector has to deal with industry specific challenges - while some industries need e.g. multi-currency processing others have a strong demand for an optimized range of payment methods.

This is why Pago as early as 2002 developed its first industry solution package for travel businesses - called Pago eTravel, which now is well accepted by travel agencies, airlines and other travel related companies selling their services online.
