You can send an automated Trouble Ticket. As soon as a Trouble Ticket has received by us a Pago Client Service team member will contact you immediately.
You can request Pago Client Service to call you back using the Call Back option.
Pago Online Administration is available by Log in. You will then have access to all online reports on transactions, chargebacks, clearing, invoicing and to RISK reports.
